Pricing

What it costs, and what moves the number.

Every engagement is different, so a single price would be a lie. A range we can stand behind, with the factors that decide where you land in it, is something you can put in a budget.

What you sell

Monthly fees, ex. VAT.

Start small. Go further only if it pays.

You do not have to buy the whole operation to find out whether it works. Start with one test, see the number it produces, and decide from there.

What has to be true for this to pay for itself

Enter your own numbers. We won't promise a return that depends on your sales team, but we'll show you the bar for Run it.

To cover €8,500 a month

2.8new customers / month

About 15 qualified leads a month at a 20% close rate.

Break-even only. Everything above this line is return. The figure uses the bottom of the band (€8,500) plus the media spend you entered, which we never touch or mark up.

Budgeting questions

Common questions.

Why a range instead of a price?
The real number depends on three things: how many markets you run, how deep the integrations go and how much you publish. One figure would be wrong for almost everyone. The range is not an opening bid. We run live engagements at the bottom of it, and your number goes in writing after the first call.
What makes it go up?
Markets first. Each extra market usually adds somewhere around half the base, not 100%, because strategy and creative carry across. After that come locations, content volume, integration depth, and procurement or compliance work in regulated sectors.
Is media spend included?
No. Every figure on this page is our fee. Media spend on Google, Meta or LinkedIn is billed by the platforms to your own card, so the accounts and their history stay yours. We never mark it up or take a percentage of it. Our fee does not rise when your budget does, and a return figure we quote is never mixed up with what we charge.
What is the minimum commitment, and how do we end it?
Three months, then rolling with 30 days' notice. Three months is the shortest window that tells you anything: paid campaigns need about 30 days of clean data, and search and content build over quarters. Nobody is locked into a year. A longer term lowers the monthly fee, and the price list shows by how much.
Can we phase this across quarters?
Yes. The build and the retainer are separate commitments, so a build can land in one budget period and the ongoing work start in the next. Tell us the constraint and we shape the scope around it.
Who owns the work and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Ad accounts, analytics, domains, repositories and design files are set up in your name. If we stop working together you keep all of it, code included, and you get a handover session rather than a zip file.

Who actually does the work?
Senior specialists, put together around your brief. There is no junior team behind the pitch. The people who scope the engagement run it, and you meet them before you sign.
How do you report, and how often?
A live dashboard you can open any day, a short written note every week on what moved and what we changed, and a quarterly review against the targets set at kickoff. Reporting is part of the fee, never a separate line.
What if it is not working?
You hear it from us first. Targets are agreed in writing at kickoff. If we are missing them, the diagnosis and a revised plan come to the next weekly call, not to the quarterly review.
Do you work with our existing agencies?
Often. We run alongside media buyers, PR firms and in-house teams, and we agree up front who owns which number, so two teams never claim the same conversion.
Can we buy just one service?
Yes. The price list prices every service on its own, from one landing page to a month of SEO, with the same ranges we quote on calls. Pick the pieces you need and the plan adds up as you go.
What if our budget is under the floor?
Then the work is a project, not a retainer. Brand, website and integration builds start at CA$16,000 · €10,000 · £9,000 · US$12,000, scoped and one-off, and single services on the price list start lower. We would rather say that here than have you book a call to find out. Most of our retainers started as a project.
How do we know where we started?
We measure it in the first two weeks: traffic, pipeline, cost per lead and how often AI answers cite you. The baseline goes in writing before we change anything. Most arguments about whether marketing worked are really arguments about where it started.
What are you actually accountable for?
The metrics in the statement of work, each with a number against it. If we cannot name a target we can move, we say so rather than bill for it.

Tell us the brief.

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you which band the work sits in and whether we're the right shop for it.
