Specialty coffee, AI-guided.
Mojo knows your gear, your stash and your brews. Photograph a bag and get a recipe for it, then rate the cup so the next one is better.
Why we built it
It started as a love project, out of real enthusiasm for coffee and its culture. Coffee lovers need two or three apps to find, brew and keep track of what they drink. We wanted one app that covers all of it.

What you’ll find in Dosemojo.
Your Taste ID, Mojo and the coffee catalogue, from the current build on a phone.

Why now
Why the timing is right.
The EU paid €18.7 billion for coffee from outside the bloc in 2025, more than double 2015, for only slightly more coffee.
Spain, where Dosemojo starts, had 2,215 branded coffee shops by April 2025, and over two-thirds of operators named specialty coffee as the top trend.
80% of Spanish consumers drink hot coffee every day.
A third of people in the EU (32.7%) used generative AI tools in 2025.
Proof so far
What we have already shown.
Built
Mojo live
The assistant, onboarding that ends on a Taste ID, 14 gear tables and 332 beans from roasters' own shops.
Tested
Private preview
The Taste ID onboarding shipped in October. The first completed profiles are the next signal.
Next gate
Spain
Cover the Spanish specialty catalogue, then open the preview.
Key learning
The models already know coffee science, so feeding them textbooks added nothing. What helps is what only Dosemojo has: your gear, your stash, your brews and a catalogue we keep current.
The investment case
Stage
Where Dosemojo is right now.
- Q4 2025
Conception(done)
Product thesis: an AI brew coach for specialty coffee drinkers, distinct from barista tools and social feeds.
- 2026
Build
Web app in private preview: chat-first Mojo home, Scan Bag, AI recipes, a brew journal and café discovery, on a catalogue synced from roasters' own shops. Onboarding rebuilt twice (Aug and Sep) to end on a Taste ID instead of a starter recipe.
- H2 2026
Validation
PMF evidence on the core loop (ask, brew, log, learn) is the MVP gate before any spend on growth.
- 2027
Launch
Public launch. Spain first, meaning catalog coverage of Spanish roasters.
- 2028
Scale
Subscription tier; consented data products for roasters once the scan flywheel has volume.
The problem
Specialty coffee keeps growing, but most drinkers brew their €25/kg beans into mediocre cups. The existing apps are built for baristas or for social sharing; none of them coach the ordinary enthusiast through getting better.
Our solution
Photograph any coffee bag and Mojo returns a brew recipe tuned to your gear, your taste and the roast profile, then logs the result and adjusts. Onboarding is five quick questions that end on a Taste ID, a taste profile that sharpens with every brew you rate.
