Product Design · Magic Pulpo
Designed once, built many times.
Wireframes, prototypes and the component library underneath them. We design the screens and the system they come from, so the second screen costs less than the first and the fiftieth still looks like you.
Our point of view
A screen is cheap. A system is what compounds.
- Components your developers can build from
- Accessibility designed in, not audited after
- Figma source files, yours to keep
The system
Three disciplines. One senior team.
01
UX & UI
Information architecture, user flows, wireframes and interface design, taken to interactive prototype so the thing can be tried before it is built.
02
Design systems
Tokens, components and variants, documented with usage rules and states. Built to be implemented in code, not admired in Figma.
03
Accessibility
Contrast, focus order, target size and keyboard paths handled in the design, to WCAG 2.2 AA. Cheaper here than in a remediation sprint.
The engagement
How it works
A structured engagement from first call to measurable results.
- 01
Frame the problem
What the product has to do, for whom, and how we will know it worked. Existing analytics and support tickets read before anything is drawn.
- 02
Architecture & flows
Information architecture, navigation model and the flows for the two or three journeys that carry the revenue.
- 03
Wireframe & prototype
Low fidelity first, then an interactive prototype. Tested with real users where the decision warrants it, which is more often than teams expect.
- 04
Interface & system
Visual design and the component library together, so every screen is assembled from parts that already exist and the system is the deliverable.
- 05
Handoff & design QA
Tokens, documentation and a build review against the design. The system is handed over working, not thrown over a wall.
What you get
Every engagement is scoped and priced upfront. No retainer surprises.
- 01Information architecture and user flows
- 02Wireframes for every screen in scope
- 03Interactive prototype for the primary journeys
- 04Interface design, mobile-first, at every breakpoint
- 05Design system: tokens, components, variants, states
- 06Component usage documentation
- 07Accessibility annotations to WCAG 2.2 AA
- 08Figma source files and a developer handoff review
What this costs
