Millenáris · 2021
One identity, three colourways, eight halls.
The visual identity for Álmok Álmodói 2.0, the Millenáris exhibition of Hungarian inventors: wordmark, three colour variants tested on the same billboard, a thematic palette with one colour per hall, and the brand book that carried it onto the exhibition floor.

The challenge
Álmok Álmodói, Dreamers of Dreams, was the Millenáris exhibition of world-famous Hungarian inventors that opened in 2001. Twenty years on, Millenáris was bringing it back as Álmok Álmodói 2.0, with eight thematic halls and a far younger target audience.
The identity had to honour the first exhibition that a generation remembered, and still read as new to visitors born after it closed.
The approach
The wordmark keeps the exhibition’s name and adds the 2.0 as a small superscript, so the old title stays legible. Around it sit three colour variants: navy with mauve, sand, sage and yellow; coral, sand and yellow on navy; and pale blue with charcoal.
Underneath runs a thematic palette, one Pantone colour for each hall: agriculture, water, industry, information technology, mobility, medicine and life sciences, the science of space, and the spirit of the place.
The identity guide runs to twenty pages. The brand book, stationery, floor graphics, wayfinding and totem on this page were built from it.
