Berlitz Global · 2025
One website for thirty-plus markets and 12 languages, run by marketing without engineering.
The Berlitz Digital School site on Webflow: twelve language versions from one CMS, Arabic right to left from the same components, and Salesforce routing for thirty-plus markets.

The challenge
One site had to serve 30+ markets at once, with full right-to-left support, 12 CMS-driven language versions and Salesforce routing that worked no matter which regional variant someone landed on.
The constraint underneath all of it: marketing had to be able to run the site without engineering.
The approach
Webflow gave us the CMS, with one build serving all 12 language versions from one place. Right-to-left switching happens at component level, so there are no duplicate templates to keep in step.
A custom Salesforce connection routes each lead on locale and course interest, so it reaches the right rep without anyone reading it first.
The work

The results
Launched on schedule across 30+ markets at a 94% Lighthouse performance score, averaging 2.1 seconds to load globally with CDN caching tuned for the heaviest markets.
Marketing publishes new course pages in any of the 12 languages without involving engineering. The Arabic build serves right to left off the same components rather than a duplicated template, which is the part that would otherwise have doubled the maintenance.
