A 94-second explainer for Berlitz Online and the MyBerlitz Speaking Tutor, the AI conversation partner inside the Berlitz learning platform: the learning path, a live lesson, the tutor chat and the language and voice settings, animated on a laptop and a phone.
The challenge
The Speaking Tutor is the part of Berlitz Online that is hardest to explain and easiest to want: an AI partner you can talk to between lessons, in the language you are learning. Berlitz needed one film that walks a prospective learner through the platform and ends on the tutor, for the website, YouTube and the sales team.
The approach
The film is built from the product’s own screens, rebuilt as animation so the cursor, the typing and the replies move at the pace of the voice-over. It opens on learners with their phones, goes into the learning path, a live lesson with a teacher, the tutor conversation with its corrections, then the settings where you choose the language, the tutor and the voice. Live footage of learners frames the screens so the product is never shown in a vacuum.
