A fun project from the studio: a free daily browser game where everyone eats the same 3D schnitzel. Tap to bite, drag to squish, clear the plate in as few seconds and clicks as you can. No signup, and brands can sponsor the dish of the day.
The challenge
The idea
A daily game with one rule: everyone in the world eats the same plate on the same day. Today it's schnitzel. You tap to bite and drag to squish, and your score is your time plus half a point for every click over par.
The approach
Why we built it
For fun, mostly. It is also a live test bed for what we sell: a playful product with a real 3D scene, a fair leaderboard, sharing built in and a sponsorship format that doesn't need tracking to be worth paying for.
What we delivered
- A universal daily plate, with a par set for each day
- A fair leaderboard with no signup: scores stay on the player's device
- Private tables, so friends can challenge each other with a link
- A shareable result after every run, led by the dish name
- A sponsorable dish of the day for brands, with no ad code or tracking
- “Buy us a schnitzel” donations through Stripe, and a 3D contest for new dishes
