Berlitz Canada · 2026
One CMS collection, six events across five Learning Centres, and no hand-edited dates.
A bilingual Open Day campaign for Berlitz Canada across the provincial capitals with a Learning Centre, each on its own date with its own RSVP. More than three quarters of the people who booked went on to take a trial lesson.

The challenge
An open day across the provincial capitals is six events, not one. Each centre has its own date, address, opening hours and session languages, and the dates do not line up.
Run that as one page and it goes stale the morning after the first event, because a visitor in Vancouver is reading about a Montreal evening that already happened.
The approach
The centres are a CMS collection, not a hand-built list, so adding a city or moving a date is an entry rather than a rebuild. Each card carries its own address, time, session languages and RSVP, plus a direct line to email that centre.
Dates carry state. A centre still to come is marked confirmed and takes bookings. One that has been is marked past and stops asking. The page ages correctly without anyone editing it on the day.
Both official languages, as everything else on this site is.
The work

The results
Berlitz Canada reports that more than three quarters of the people who booked a place went on to take a trial lesson. For an event campaign that is the number that matters, because an RSVP costs nothing and a trial lesson is someone turning up and sitting down.
The volumes behind that ratio are Berlitz's and stay with them.
Separately, and this one is ours: measured on a mobile profile in September 2026 the page renders its largest element in 0.17 seconds.
