Berlitz Canada · 2026

A B2B webinar page that argues with the cost of failed assignments, not with language lessons.

A registration page for Berlitz Canada’s executive sessions on cultural intelligence, written for heads of HR rather than language learners. 225 registrations across 17 events.

The challenge

Everything else on this site sells language lessons to people who want to learn a language. This page sells to a head of HR deciding whether an international assignment is going to fail, which is a different buyer, a different budget and a different argument.

Webinar pages also have a credibility problem. A registration form with no named host and no agenda reads as a lead capture with a talk attached.

02

The approach

The page opens on the cost rather than the course. Remove the invisible friction holding back your international teams. The business case comes before anything about Berlitz: where global teams lose engagement, speed, stakeholder trust, talent retention and return on mobility spend.

The host is named and evidenced. Bira Barbosa, with the client list and the background stated, because a webinar is a person and an hour.

Logistics are on the page rather than in the confirmation email. Sixty minutes, live on Zoom, with a live Q&A, the date, and the time in three North American zones.
